Managing Myself
One of the biggest management problems that I will face during this semester is managing time to meet with group members for projects. One of the major issues is that my schedule does not always allow me to meet with them at planned times. This can have an adverse effect on my groups grade, so to counter this problem, I will use more E-mail and Instant messageing to correspond with my group even though it is not always a good substitute for face-to-face interaction.

It's good that you came up with a solution to your problem, and you were aware of the negative effects of not being able to meet your group members. Sometimes, I also find challenging to meet my group members due to our circumstances. Email is not a good substitute, as you said, but did you consider that meeting on the weekends might be an option? I did that several times, and it worked out well for the whole group.
Since E-mail is the only contact with other members, you have to be very dillegent keeping up with others and if you can't meet all of your members at one time then try to find out a way to meet at least part of them so that you are able to contribute your part to the group.
Tell me about it. As though having the project is not enough already, but you have to make time to meet with these stangers and discuss it. I know i will be in simular situations. But it goes to show you that everything is about time management.
